Bio
Tristan Moran joins the Hurricanes in 2012 from the Bay of Plenty Steamers, for whom he had a strong 2011 ITM Cup anchoring a powerful scrum and strong forward pack in New Zealand domestic rugby. Moran is originally from Tasman, for whom he was a foundation player for in 2006.Moran had previously made his provincial first-class debut for the Marlborough Red Devils against Fiji in 2003.
A versatile front-rower, Moran can play both sides of the scrum and played one match for the Chiefs in 2010.
